Daniel Gibson's R&B diva wife Keyshia Cole confirmed on Thursday that the couple is estranged and no longer residing together.
Appearing on The Breakfast Club radio show in New York City to promote the release of her sixth album, TMZ reports Cole told listeners "we co-parent" when the subject of their three-year-old son came up. Cole later added the NBA veteran comes to the home they presumably once shared each day at 8:30 a.m. to escort their son to school and she picks him up at the end of the day.
The 32-year-old songstress declined to reveal if either of them has officially filed for divorce, only telling interviewers "we good" and that the two still care for one another.
Earlier this week, Cole described one of the lead releases from her sixth album as a ballad about "giving your heart away and allowing somebody to be able to be that close to you where they can hurt you." Cole has previously admitted to fans that at least several track on the 15-song album are "sorta" about man bashing.
The couple has been married just three years and their troubles are rumored to stem from each of them reportedly being unfaithful to one another.
