The Ultimate Warrior

The first person to ever hold two WWE titles simultaneously was late Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior. The Warrior was booked in a match dubbed as "The Ultimate Challenge" as he put his WWE Intercontinental Championship on the line against Hulk Hogan's WWE Championship in a title-for-title match.

After an over 20-minute bout at the SkyDome in Toronto, The Warrior handed Hogan his first ever WrestleMania loss to capture both belts in one of the most highly-regarded main events of all time.

With WrestleMania XXX set to air in less than two weeks live from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans on April 6, there are a lot of news and rumors circulating around involving this year's biggest show and next year's WrestleMania 31.

Triple H offended that CM Punk didn't want to face him at WrestleMania XXX?

According to, The Ultimate Warrior has said that he is willing to wrestle a match in New Orleans, but there have been no reports that the WWE is intending to use him at WrestleMania XXX other than in the annual announcement to the fans displaying the Hall of Fame Class of 2014 that Warrior is a part of.

It was said at one point that Warrior was interested in wrestling a match and he was even rumored to be facing Ryback at WrestleMania XXX, but with Ryback booked to be in a rumored Tag Team Championships match by teaming with Curtis Axel to take on The Usos and Real Americans, it is unlikely he'd face The Warrior.

WWE Monday Night RAW spoilers: Preview for tonight, update on plans in Brooklyn

This is merely speculation, but if the WWE wanted to, it's possible The Warrior could make a cameo in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the show.

The Warrior will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on the eve of WrestleMania XXX at the New Orleans arena alongside Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Carlos Colon, Mr. T, Paul Bearer and Lita, while it has also been rumored that Scott "Razor Ramon" Hall may also be inducted.

Hall's induction may be announced tonight on Monday Night RAW and it's been reported that Kliq members will likely be inducting him, which could include Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman. reports that a newspaper ad featured Hall's picture in promotional material for the Hall of Fame.

While the 2015 Hall of Fame is still a year away at WrestleMania 31 in California, there have been rumors swirling about possible names for that event. According to, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson may be a part of the Hall of Fame Class of 2015 while Bret "Hitman" Hart also said that he believes that his late younger brother Owen Hart may finally be inducted next year.

Bret said at a Q&A session in Manchester that he believes Owen will get the nod in 2015 despite his widow, Martha, having a grudge against the WWE. Bret said Martha's assertion that Owen hated wrestling and his life as a wrestler is a complete lie and that it's a shame that Owen's children have never seen their father at his best in the WWE due to Martha's grudge.

The early betting odds for WrestleMania XXX have Bray Wyatt going over John Cena, The Undertaker going over Brock Lesnar and Daniel Bryan going over Triple H in three of the main matches at WrestleMania XXX.

WrestleMania XXX airs in less than two weeks, live from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans on April 6.
