Kevin Durant helped recruit DeSean Jackson to Washington Redskins [VIDEO]

Washington D.C. native Kevin Durant was part of the crew that helped recruit DeSean Jackson to the Redskins to team with Robert Griffin III.

Talking about his new three-year, $24 million deal, Jackson told ESPN Durant not only took to social media to post his support for the move, but also called him on several occasions to make his feelings known.

It was a little influenced by Wale. Another influence was my boy Durant. Kevin Durant been calling me, he been calling and saying 'man you know how I'd go crazy for you to be in D.C.' I mean, what better place is there for me to be? I'm happy to be here. I'm glad, man, honestly I can say that."
