It's tough being Tiger Woods these days.
Having already pulled out of this month's Masters with a back injury, the PGA Tour's most decorated golfer now reportedly finds himself in a fight to retain the affections of Olympic gold-medal winning girlfriend Lindsey Vonn, according to DesignTrend.com.

The website reports Vonn has been spending increased time with 69-year-old Oscar-winning actor Michael Douglas and the 14-time major winner is convinced the two have even been "canoodling."
A source later told DesignTrend, "Lindsey loves attention and she's having a ball rubbing it in with Tiger. It's gotten to the point that he's furious."
The website adds Douglas has been aggressively pursuing Vonn since he "first laid eyes on the Olympic champ four years ago when both attended the White House Correspondents' Association dinner in Washington, D.C."

During a March 19 Q&A session on Douglas' Facebook page, he listed Vonn as one of the people, living or dead, he'd most invite to dinner, along with the likes of Nelson Mandela, Gandhi and Cleopatra.
Vonn has also long been rumored to be angry that Woods appears more obsessed with golf than he is with her, but now seems thrilled by recent developments that have led her to believe"the madder he gets the closer she gets to a marriage proposal."
