Florida State baseball team reenacts BCS Championship during rain delay; Heisman winner Jameis Winston back at quarterback [VIDEO]

What do you get when you mix a Heisman winning quarterback and a college baseball rain delay? The answer is some awesome shenanigans that eventually make their way to the internet. Winston and his Florida State teammates recreated the game winning play of the BCS Championship.

The Florida State Seminoles topped the Auburn Tigers in January’s National Championship as the final accomplishment from Winston’s stellar freshman season. Winston is now playing baseball for Florida State and like any good college program they preform top notch skits during rain delays.

This rain delay is the 2014 version of the sensation that is college baseball antics. Fortunately, all of the best rain delay skits have been captured on camera and spread across the internet.

Winston has pitched in 17 games for Florida State this season and has posted a record of 1-2 with a 3.00 earned run average in 27 innings pitched. Winston’s has also appeared in 44 games a batter with a .235 batting average, nine runs batted in, 22 walks and 119 at-bats.

Winston has said on multiple occasions he would like to play in both the NFL and MLB once he leaves Florida State, but the Heisman trophy winning freshman has a long way to go to match legendary two sports athlete Bo Jackson.
