Blake Griffin would not be against the NBA taking a page out of the NFL's proposed new rulebook that would allow players to use medical marijuana, telling RollingStone.com "guys would not take as many painkillers."
Griffin later added "it doesn't really affect me... but so many guys would probably benefit. So, I would vote yes. I just think it makes sense."

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell went on record earlier this year in asserting the league might consider such a measure "if legal experts deem it a valid treatment for concussions and other head injuries."
Now in his fourth NBA season, everything about Griffin's play for the Clippers this season has seemed otherworldly. The 25-year-old All-Star forward is averaging a career-high 24.1 points to go along with 9.5 rebounds. He's also considered one of the top MVP candidates not named Kevin Durant or LeBron James.
