John Cena and Nikki Bella have certainly had an up and down relationship on Total Divas season 2, but wedding fever is in the air on the WWE reality show.
With many of their castmates and fellow coworkers in the WWE Universe getting married -- including Nikki's sister Brie Bella and WWE champion Daniel Bryan -- it makes sense that John and Nikki could be next in line to walk down the aisle. I am sure the E! Network would love that because if this past week is any indication, weddings = ratings.
Total Divas has been a showcase for real-life WWE weddings of all kinds and a John Cena Nikki Bella event could take the cake. Eva Marie and Jonathan eloped without her parents knowing, Natalya and TJ had a traditional planned event, and last week on the show Naomi and Jimmy Uso (real names Trinity and Jon) had a beautiful Hawaiian wedding.
On the other side of the marriage spectrum, Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella's Bohemian wedding that took place two weeks ago will also be airing on the show. if I had to guess, something tells me that John Cena and Nikki Bella would have a wedding ceremony that is a little less organic than Bryan and Brie's event.

The ratings for Total Divas this week indicate that weddings can be a boon for the show. The ratings for Sunday's episode featuring Trinity and Jon's wedding scored 1.39 million viewers, which was up 20 percent from 1.16 million viewers from the prior week. (credit: Wrestling Observer)
Something tells me that if John Cena and Nikki Bella have a Total Divas wedding, the ratings would be even greater than that with the moment remaining just as sweet.
