Believe what you want and take every report with a grain of salt, but coach Lovie Smith was very clear when he said the team would take a long look at quarterback and would likely walk away with at least one of the prospects. The Buccaneers are one of the teams that can sway the draft in their favor considering their options at No. 7. They have needs at both offensive tackles and wide receiver, but they have the luxury of being able to select whoever they wish with their stellar free agency.

Manziel could be just reporting what he was told, but that doesn’t make it true. The Buccaneers will likely walk away from this draft with a quarterback, but which quarterback and where he is selected remains to be seen.
