Mark Jackson Fired at Season's End? League Sources Believe Jackson Done With Warriors [VIDEO]

Mark Jackson is almost assuredly in his last days as coach of the Golden State Warriors, no matter how far his team proves able to advance in the ongoing NBA playoffs.

"Consensus around the league is it is very unlikely for Jackson to be back next season, ESPN reports.

Indeed, the last several weeks of the first-time coach's tenure has been marked by contentiousness, as at least two of his top assistants have either been fired or reassigned within the organization.

At least part of the madness has been sparked by criticisms of Jackson and his late game strategies and game planning. All this despite the Warriors finishing 51-31 this season, the most regular season wins the franchise has posted since the 1993-94 season.
