Is it possible that tensions are high backstage between WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon and former WWE Superstar and current COO Triple H? According to reports, McMahon changes his mind a lot regarding WWE plans and it has caused some frustration for "The Game" backstage, though tensions aren't expected to be that high between the two.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Triple H has been put into an impossible position to deal with regarding talent relations due to McMahon. McMahon has been known to frequently change his mind backstage and it has reportedly been happening a lot and the plans are constantly being shuffled because of McMahon
The report indicates that WWE talents are growing increasingly frustrated over the fact that they are told a certain direction of what they need to do by Triple H and are then told that the plans have been changed by Triple H because of McMahon.

Triple H frequently gathers talent and gives them a direction and it often ends up with Triple H having to gather the talent again to tell them that adjustments have been made because McMahon has changed his mind.
While it is frustrating for the talents to have to constantly be wary of plans changing, it has been said that it isn't a bad thing for Triple H. The WWE talent doesn't think Triple H is doing anything wrong and they actually reportedly see "The Game" as one of them and realize that he is also frustrated when things shift so rapidly.
While McMahon is the one with the final say and it may drive Triple H and the other talents backstage a little bit crazy, it at least doesn't cause a rift between the talents and Triple H.
