MLS newcomers Orlando City Soccer Club have been huge protagonists in the transfer market, with La Gazzetta (via MLS's official website) reporting that the club's interest is extending beyond former World Player of the Year Kaka.

According to the reports, former Brazilian international Robinho and his representatives met with AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani to discuss the attacker's contract. Orlando was cited as his next destination. His representatives have made his desire to play in the United States abundantly clear.
"Robinho hopes to finish his career in the United States," was the word according to La Gazzetta.

"Evidently, the striker is ready to accept the idea of an extended vacation before the change of footballing continent."
That extended vacation may not be a required if Robinho is to transfer his services to an MLS side already in play. Sky Sports Italy (via Milan Live) are reporting Robinho's imminent transfer from AC Milan, and while Turkish outfit Besiktas and Brazilian giants Flamengo are showing reported interest, so too are the New England Revolution. The MLS side are considered to be the newest contender for his services in the United States.
The Revs, who are still looking to replace the finishing talents of recently departed Juan Agudelo, sit atop the Eastern Conference entering the weekend and would greatly benefit should Robinho land his finishing touch in Foxboro.
It's just not a desirable landing spot for Robinho.
Gillette Stadium, home of the Revolution, is widely considered the worst playing surface in the league, but if he wants to play in MLS, he'll either have to learn to deal with the turf or wait more than six months for Orlando City to come into MLS existence.
