The WWE presents its go-home episode of Monday Night RAW before the Payback pay-per-view this Sunday in what should be a memorable night in sports entertainment live from the Thompson-Boiling Arena in Knoxville, TN.
Vince McMahon Furious Over Reports Of Lost Income
While no matches have been announced for the Memorial Day episode, the state of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship should become clearer as Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley has requested that Daniel Bryan show up to RAW fresh off of neck surgery in order to forfeit the belt.
It remains to be seen what the WWE will do with the title, but there are rumors a new champion may not be crowned until WWE Money in the Bank on June 29 in Boston.
Scott Hall Checks Himself Into Hospital
Stars that have been advertised locally to appear on the show include John Cena, The Big Show, Rob Van Dam, Alberto Del Rio, The Wyatt Family, Evolution, The Shield, Cesaro, Sheamus, Big E and Kane. It remains to be seen how these Superstars will impact the show, but with just six nights until Payback they are certain to play a big role.
The WWE will finally make a decision on the fate of the title tonight and is hyping the consequences surrounding Bryan's neck injury and him coming to RAW.
The WWE is focusing on a lot of different storyline points including Alicia Fox's pursuit of a Divas Title shot against Paige, Brad Maddox's role within the feud between The Shield and Evolution, Cena's conflict with The Wyatt Family and the fallout between Summer Rae and Layla.
WWE Monday Night RAW airs live tonight from Tennessee, and the WWE will plant the final seeds for the buildup to Sunday's Payback.
