WWE Rumors: Jennifer Hudson Upset Her Husband David Otunga Is A WWE Superstar [VIDEO]

Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson is reportedly not a fan of her husband being in the squared circle. Hudson, the wife of WWE Superstar David Otunga, said recently that she is upset over her husband being a full-time WWE Superstar, not because of the company but because of the travel and injury risk.

Otunga hasn't been seen on WWE television in a long time, but he is expected to be returning to the company soon as an active competitor. Hudson isn't a fan of her husband being in the WWE because the rigorous travel schedule of the company keeps him away from home.

Also, with many Superstars getting injured night-in and night-out and sacrificing their bodies, Hudson is worried that Otunga might get hurt as a wrestler.

A recent source said that Hudson is fearful of a return to the ring for Otunga.

"Jen knows that it is his passion, but she doesn't want him away from home for long periods of time, and there's always a chance he could get hurt," reports Star Magazine in its latest issue. "Jen keeps trying to steer him away from what he really wants to do, [but] he feels that since she's living her dream, he should be able to live his."

Otunga started out in the now-defunct Florida Championship Wrestling and then moved on to NXT in 2010 before getting called up to the WWE later that year as a member of Nexus.

Otunga has a law background and is a lawyer, and in 2011 the WWE decided to put that part of his life into the storyline as he adopted a lawyer gimmick for his character.

The WWE Superstar spent a lot of time away from the ring over the last few years, but he did make an appearance in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania XXX.

Hudson and Otunga are both living their dreams, and even if the singer/actress doesn't like it, it seems as though Otunga will continue to live out his lifelong dream.
