Sharapova has had her share of challenges this French Open and if she wants to see the finals and a matchup against (most likely) Simona Halep she will have to make her way past Bouchard first. Sharapova spoke about overcoming the hole she dug herself in the quarterfinals.

Both players have preformed valiantly on clay, but this is the point where Halep shows why she is the highest remaining seed in the woman's bracket. Both women have shown they have some serious skills on the clay and its a shame that have to see each other in this round. A Halep v. Sharapova French open finals will be some serious action, but first the two women need to get past the semifinals.
