Drew Rosenhaus, DeSean Jackson Feud: Rosenhaus Resorts to Name-Calling in Court? [VIDEO]

The Philadelphia Eagles aren't the only ones with a problem with DeSean Jackson.

TMZ Sports is reporting that agent Drew Rosenhaus is suing his former client, alleging that Jackson brought a frivolous lawsuit against Rosenhaus in an attempt to avoid paying more than $500,000 back to Rosenhaus per an arbitrator's ruling pertaining to unpaid loans, fees and penalties.

According to TMZ Sports, Rosenhaus accused Jackson of being a "cry-baby and a loser" in legal documents.

Jackson filed legal documents on June 5, according to Yahoo! Sports, alleging that Rosenhaus persuaded Jackson to sign with him in 2010 because the agent had ties to Eagles management and could renegotiate a better contract for the wide receiver.

Jackson accused Rosenhaus of persuading him to hold out in 2011 to force the Eagles to give in to Rosenhaus's contract demands for Jackson. The attempt failed.

Yahoo! Sports reported that "longtime NFLPA arbitrator Roger Kaplan recently ruled that Jackson has to pay Rosenhaus over a half million dollars in unpaid 'loans' and agent fees, but Jackson argues in the recent filing that the award should be vacated because Kaplan's decision was based on bias and/or corruption and that the arbitrator ignored union regulations, then created his own rules in order to reach the 'outcome he preferred.' "

Ironically, it was Rosenhaus who may have violated the NFLPA's regulations that prohibit agents from paying athletes to sign with them, Yahoo! Sports added.

According to TMZ Sports, Rosenhaus' countersuit alleges that Jackson agreed to abide by the arbitrator's ruling before the hearing began. Jackson filed a lawsuit to smear Rosenhaus' name in the media. Rosenhaus is asking a judge to levy a $50,000 fine to discourage Jackson from "baseless litigation.

The new Washington Redskins wide receiver signed a three-year, $24 million contract in April.

Earlier this week, Eagles running back LeSean McCoy said that Jackson did not buy in to the Eagles' plans, which led to the Eagles allowing him to leave during the offseason.
