World Cup Closing Ceremony 2014 Schedule: Watch FREE Live Stream, Shakira, Wyclef Jean, Carlos Santana and MORE

After a long journey beginning last month, the World Cup will finally come to a close today after Germany meets Argentina to decide the champion. Before that, though, there will be a star-studded show honoring all the participating countries prior to the action at 1:00 p.m. ET. Live stream the proceedings free by clicking this link, or watch them live on ABC.

All 32 teams that were in this Cup will be represented as well as a physical representation of football's four characters, Freedom, Solidarity, Passion and Diversity, according to FIFA.com. There will be a trophy presentation ceremony set to samba music followed by a slew of red-hot musical performances.

Shakira will play La La La and she and Carlinhos Brown will perform Dare, while Alexandre Pires, Carlos Santana and Wyclef Jean will collaborate on their version of the World Cup's theme song We Will Find a Way. In addition, Pires and Ivete Sangalo will perform several Brazilian songs.

Shakira has main evented the Closing Ceremonies for the last two World Cups, and told BBC.com about why she has done such a wonderful job each time. "I have an intricate relationship with football for obvious reasons, and I truly understand what the World Cup means to so many people, myself included. The fans have shown the most incredible support for this song and I can't wait to perform it for them," Shakira said.

Afterward, once the game is over and a champion decided, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen will present the winner with the trophy. In a photo on Instagram Bundchen added the caption "It's a great honor to represent my country and the people of Brazil in tomorrow's celebration. It's beautiful to see how sport has the power to bring the world together. I'm so grateful to be part of this moment. Thank you all Brazilians who have welcomed the world with all their joy and loving spirit. #proudofbeingbrazilian @louisvuitton #fifaworldcup."
