Arsenal Transfer News: Joel Campbell Scouted By AC Milan At 2014 Emirates Cup For Season-Long Loan? [VIDEO]

Since Joel Campbell signed with Arsenal in 2011, the 22-year-old has been sent on three season-long loans to three different clubs. According to the Daily Telegraph (via Goal Transfer Talk), the possibility remains for a fourth, with AC Milan sending scouts to the 2014 Emirates Cup to keep a close eye on Costa Rican striker.

Arsene Wenger, however, appears to have other plans.

In July, the Arsenal boss was vocal about his club's needs. Not included in said plans was the desire to acquire another front man. Already boasting the transfer of Barcelona's Alexis Sanchez, Wenger appears to have roles defined for Campbell and Yaya Sanogo. "Up front we don't need any more," he said (via Metro). "Maybe I will still bring in one center-back. I will bring in a goalkeeper for sure and we are still out there to strengthen our squad."

"You do the deals when it's possible," he added. "This time we could do it early, and I am very happy with what I have done until now."

Wenger should be happy with Campbell's training up until now. Video of the youngster in Austria outwitting his teammate, Nacho Monreal, has gone viral.

It was his first training session back with the club since his stellar performance at the 2014 World Cup.

Campbell's services are highly sought after and Milan are just one of the many club's interested in acquiring them, but Wenger has given no inclinations of letting them escape the Emirates for a fourth consecutive season.
