The round of 16 kicks off at the Western & Southern Open on Thursday and all of the tournaments top talent ell be in action. Thursday’s action is highlighted by (8) Andy Murray of Great Britain facing off against the United State’s (11) John Isner.
Four of the top five players on the mens draw are still alive in the tournament including (1) Novak Djokovic, (2) Roger Federer and (3) Stan Wawrinka.
On the women’s side of the draw, (1) Serena Williams will face off against (13) Flavia Pennetta of Italy, but the top matchup of the day comes from Denmark’s (12) Caroline Wozniacki taking on (6) Angelique Kerber of Germany.
(2) Simona Halep, (4) Agnieszka Radwanska and (5) Maria Sharapova all remain on the women’s side of the tournament and look to advance to the final eight on Friday.
