Two clubs in the top half of the Premier League table will do battle today in a league match between Everton and Arsenal. The first-division clash scheduled for 12:30 p.m. ET will be held at Goodison Park in Liverpool and can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on NBC.
It wasn't an ideal trip to Istanbul for Arsenal on Tuesday. The club failed to obtain a much-needed away goal in the first leg of its UEFA Champions League playoff against Besiktas. A shaky performance from all parties involved, however, wasn't enough to deter manager Arsene Wenger. When speaking about his side's chance in the return leg at the Emirates, he said (via the Express): "It was a difficult game played with frenetic pace. We could have won it, but they had chances as well. In the end, we didn't lose and hopefully we will make it at home."
"The ideal game plan is to score goals and not concede," Wenger added. "But we will see and prepare for that."
Arsenal will look to carry out the same game plan in their trip to Goodison Park this afternoon.
