Manchester United Transfer News: Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez Receives £12-£15 Offers From Juventus and Sevilla

Desperate for playing time and a return to form, Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez will be provided just that according to the Guardian. Per the reports, Sevilla and Juventus have both submitted bids for the Mexican international that are said to be in the range of £12 and £15 million.

Hernandez is currently on a weekly wage of £85,000.

After falling out of favor in 2013, the desire to see one of Mexico's prominent poachers grew exponentially. No critic voiced his opinion louder than Miguel Herrera, Hernandez's national team coach. "I think [Chicharito] needs to leave," Herrera said in an exclusive interview with ESPN. "I think [Juventus] would be a good option for him. When a coach doesn't want you, when you have your best experience, your best moment with them and now the coach that wanted you is no longer there, it's time to move."

"I think there are a lot of opportunities," he added. "They are not bad opportunities. If he goes to Juventus, that would be an extraordinary team. Without a doubt, it would be a nice change for him. Hopefully he'll see more minutes."

Herrera opted to not include Hernandez in his plans for upcoming friendlies against Bolivia and Chile. The squad is said to be largely made up of domestic players and not an indictment in Hernandez's current standing with the national team.

For Herrera, allowing the 26-year-old to sort out his future remains key. Whether that future is in Spain or Italy remains to be seen.
