Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino had this to offer ahead of today's European qualifier (via the Independent): "I think it [today] is a different game than what we played in Larnaca against Limassol. We need to be focused and ready. I believe that it will be a tough game because all games are difficult. On Tuesday, it was difficult for Manchester United and you need to be focused on your objective."
"Now, we need a very good performance to beat Limassol and because we need to stay in the next round," he added. "I watched the game [Manchester United played] in Milton Keynes live. I was there. It was difficult, but it's a good example to be ready."

Player to Watch: Having underperformed for Tottenham last season, Roberto Soldado will look for a better campaign in 2014. The 29-year-old scored just six goals in 28 league appearances in 2013-14, but fared far better in European competition, finishing with three in five starts.
