WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan being pulled from the company's European tour in November could be another sign that he has to undergo a second surgery.

There were reports that Bryan was being advertised for November's European tour and that he would likely be appearing in a non-wrestling role and in some sort of ringside angle. Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that if Bryan were to be pulled from the appearance it likely meant that he would need another surgery.

The Wrestling Observer noted that if Bryan wasn't able to make an appearance in Europe due to the injury, then he would be pulled from the advertising, which is what happened Wednesday.

There is also the belief that Bryan not being able to appear in Europe means that he may need another surgery.

Bryan underwent an operation on his neck in mid-May just over a month after he won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a triple threat match against Batista and Randy Orton at WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans on April 6.

After the surgery, Bryan didn't regain full feeling in one of his arms and he has been dealing with that condition ever since, which has kept him away from the ring.

In his absence, Bryan was stripped of the WWE Championship and his planned program with Brock Lesnar had to be dropped, while he has said he hopes to still have the program if and when he returns.

Bryan said the need for a second procedure is up in the air recently as doctors keep evaluating him to see what the best move is to get him back to in-ring shape.

Bryan needed the first surgery because of years of wear-and-tear he put on his neck due to his in-ring style and he is expected to tone down the way he wrestles when he returns. There were reports that he could be sidelined until at least the 2015 Royal Rumble in January.

There was speculation that Bryan may need Tommy John surgery, but there has been nothing confirmed on that front. Bryan said that if he does need another surgery, he'll be out at least another three months after the operation.

Bryan's status for a second surgery is up in the air, but him being pulled from making any sort of appearance on the European tour could be a sign that he needs another procedure.
