NASCAR implemented a new format for its Chase For The Cup this season, and it seems Brad Keselowski is primed for another run at the championship.

Keselowski enters the Chase as the No.1 seed after a dominating win in the Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond International Speedway on Saturday. He led 383 of 400 laps to earn his Sprint Cup-leading fourth win of the season and leads the point standings by three points.
This year's Chase will see 16 drivers competing for the championship, with three rounds of eliminations to dwindle the field to four by the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Each elimination round will feature multiple races and the top drivers in wins and points will advance while the bottom four at the end of each round will be out of contention. The "Championship Round" in Miami will be a one-race winner-takes-all battle between the top four drivers.
The win-and-advance or score-more-points-and-advance formulas make this Chase fairly similar to the regular season. Keselowski feels more confident this year than he was in 2012 when he won the championship, and with the way he's driven this season, it's easy to see why.
"I think we're a lot stronger right now, personally," he said. "I think we've been a threat to win more races. We have one more race win than what we did entering the Chase in 2012."
It won't be a cakewalk, though, as Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmie Johnson and Joey Logano all enter the Chase tied for second.
