Sting WWE Rumors: 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin Discusses Steve Borden, Possible In-Ring Return And More [VIDEO]

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin recently discussed a few different wrestling topics including Sting joining the WWE family and whether or not he would consider lacing up his boots to deliver one last can of whoopa-- in a WWE ring again.

Austin spoke to Sam Roberts in an interview that was recorded during SummerSlam weekend and only recently surfaced.

Austin was asked if he had any hunger to return to the ring, an idea in which he dismissed.

"No, I had a great breakfast this morning, no hunger at all," Austin said. "Especially as it pertains to the squared circle."

Austin also talked about Sting being included in WWE 2K15 and finally joining the WWE Family. The "Texas Rattlesnake" is hopeful that Sting will wrestle again.

"It was very interesting to kinda gauge Sting's entrance and see if we can get another match out of him," Austin said. "Actually, I'd like to see a year or two's worth of work out of him, but I don't know his body [and] don't know his schedule or what his desires are. But it was very exciting to see him up on the panel. Finally, after all these years being down south -- whether it was WCW, TNA or whatever -- on stage with WWE personnel."

Sting has expressed interest in wanting to have one final match with the WWE -- possibly at WrestleMania 31 in Santa Clara, Calif. on March 29, 2015, but it remains to be seen if the WWE will officially bring him on to wrestle a match.

Sting has wanted to face The Undertaker after many rumors surfaced over the past few years about the two clashing at a WrestleMania, including most recently heading into WrestleMania XXX.

The WWE opted to have Brock Lesnar face The Undertaker in New Orleans on April 6 and end The Streak and now the dead man's career is up in the air due to him being injured during the bout and The Streak ending.

Austin recently hinted that he might return for one more match himself despite his unwillingness to say that during SummerSlam weekend. Austin hinted that he would wrestle at WrestleMania 32.

"I'll reserve my right to if I want to have another match down the road - say, like, Dallas, Texas is going to be [WrestleMania 32]," he told PWTorch  Now, 31 is right down the road from me. That could be doable, but I don't see it happening. Now, Dallas, that could be very special going back to Texas for 32. They're going to need a loaded card to fill that house. So, I'll reserve my right. But, am I pushing, pandering, selling, promoting? Nothing."

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan also reportedly recently said he'd be open to having one more match against Austin or John Cena at WrestleMania 31.

It is unknown whether or not Austin, Hogan or Sting will ever wrestle in a WWE ring, but there seems to be interest from at least some of the parties.
