The Los Angeles Dodgers notched an 11-3 victory over the Colorado Rockies as the team continues to march toward a playoff berth, but not everyone in the Dodgers' dugout was celebrating on Monday. The Rockies television cameras caught a heated exchange between Los Angeles outfielders Yasiel Puig and Matt Kemp during Monday night's game at Coors Field.

Kemp struck out earlier in the sixth inning and was later seen walking toward Puig in the dugout and screaming in his direction until Dodgers manager Don Mattingly came between the two, leading to Kemp walking up the tunnel to the clubhouse.
Kemp's strikeout was part of an eight-run inning the Dodgers put together which also included a walk by Puig.

Mattingly shook it off after the game as if it wasn't anything worth discussing.
"Oh, just talking in the dugout, same old things. We're like the [Oakland] A's, the '72 A's," Mattingly said via ESPN alluding to an Oakland team that won three straight World Series titles but was infamous for in-fighting.
ESPN reports that the argument may have stemmed from Puig not going from first-to-third on Adrian Gonzalez's single to right field that occurred just before Kemp entered the box for his at-bat. There have been reports that sources within the organization have described the Dodgers' clubhouse as "dysfunctional."
Mattingly was asked by one reporter whether or not he thought members of his team will ever engage in a brawl.
"I don't think so. I hope not," Mattingly said while later referring to the disagreement as "just family business."
Kemp, meanwhile, was in no mood to divulge what happened as he changed the topic immediately when he was asked about it.
"A good game we played today, huh? Good game," Kemp said per ESPN. "Go Dodgers!"
Kemp is hitting at a .283/.346/.493 clip this season with 21 homers and 76 RBI while Puig, who has seen his fair share of controversy in his young career thus far, is batting .294/.383/.474 with 13 homers and 60 RBI on the campaign.
While there seems to be some dysfunction off the field, the Dodgers are fully functioning on the field as their 11-3 series-opening win over the Rockies gave Los Angeles its third straight win and it now leads the San Francisco Giants by four games in the National League West with 12 games remaining.
The Dodgers are searching for their second straight NL West crown.
