With very few networks interested in carrying pro wrestling, TNA and Jeff Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling are reportedly competing for the same networks for their shows.

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that TNA and GFW have been in talks with the same networks due to the lack of interest in pro wrestling by most major networks limiting the playing field for both companies.
The very reason TNA is looking for a new network is because Spike TV is looking to get out of the pro wrestling business in 2015 and will be dropping TNA's flagship show Impact Wrestling.

According to the report, TNA is believed to have the upper-hand on GFW because their organization is currently operational, has some history and has talent under contract. Also, Spike TV dropping TNA has led to the belief that it may have changed the landscape and made it harder for GFW to get a deal.
One problem with TNA's current television talks is that most stations the company has been linked to talking to are not carried in Canada, a country which has always been strong for pro wrestling and has Spike TV in most places.
It remains to be seen where TNA will land, but president Dixie Carter has expressed confidence in the fact that the company will have a new home come January while the organization has been linked to many different networks with nothing being official as of yet.
Regarding GFW, it will present New Japan Pro Wrestling's WrestleKingdom pay-per-view from the Tokyo Dome on Jan. 4.
According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Jim Ross said he is not in talks to work for NJPW, but he has had talks with GFW about possibly returning to wrestling as a commentator.
TNA and GFW continue to look for television deals in a time that's tough for pro wrestling when it comes to landing deals with major cable networks.
