After being dominated by the Chiefs in primetime, Patriots QB Tom Brady is beginning to hear doubters. Brady said he is ignoring those claiming his demise has arrived, and remains focused on the undefeated Bengals.

"Like (Belichick) always says, ignore the noise and just stay focused on what we need to do, stay focused on what our process is to try to make the improvement," Brady said. "We've got an important job to do this week and the clock is ticking."

This week Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has been loath to discuss anything but the Bengals, but when asked for his thoughts on the team he lavished high praise on them.

"They have a lot of good players. They're well-coached. They're tough, they're physical, they're explosive," Belichick said. "It's been a while since I've seen a team that's as complete as they are."

The Pats' run defense in particular has been porous, and they'll have to deal with the tandem of Giovani Bernard and rookie Jeremy Hill.

They may be able to limit Cincinnati's star wide receiver A.J. Green though, who will spend most of his afternoon battling Patriots cornerback Darrelle Revis. So far the addition of Revis has helped the Patriots immensely-they are ranked fourth in the NFL per FootballOutsiders.com against opposing No. 1 wide receivers.
