WWE Superstar-turned-rock star Chris Jericho promoted his new autobiography, "The Best in the World: At What I Have No Idea" during a book signing in Staten Island, N.Y. on Thursday and he spoke about his third release, his favorite feuds and more.

Jericho appeared at Barnes and Noble to discuss the last of his three books and to sign some copies of it for his fans.
"This is the third of the trilogy -- it's the 'Return of the Jedi' of my books," Jericho told Ryan Lavis of the Staten Island Advance. "If people take anything away from it, it's that I don't take myself too seriously, and I always enjoy what I'm doing."

Jericho's book picks up where his second one left off, chronicling the latest events in his life inside and outside the squared circle. Jericho provides details on many of his feuds, and he told the publication that he wasn't sure what his best feud in the ring was since he's worked with so many tremendous WWE Superstars.
Jericho has had many great feuds in the last few years with the likes of Shawn Michaels and Rey Mysterio and even had a rivalry with CM Punk that struck a personal level and blurred the lines between storyline and reality.
The Jericho vs. Punk feud ultimately culminated in a match between the two at WrestleMania XXVIII.
Jericho said his work with Michaels was probably the best wrestling feud he's ever had.
"That's kind of the cornerstone from a wrestling standpoint," Jericho told the paper about working with Michaels. "I knew that I had that when I started writing the book, but as big of a feud as that was, there was also the angle with Rey Mysterio that was incredible. And with CM Punk -- that was great."
Jericho, who aside from a November tour through Europe is on hiatus from the WWE after a summer-long feud with Bray Wyatt, has literally lived out two dreams of his as he is a decorated WWE Superstar and has had some success outside the ring as the lead singer of his band Fozzy. Adding in a successful Talk Is Jericho podcast and now a third book, Jericho is happy with what he has accomplished.
"I like the fact that I have three books by the time I'm 43," Jericho said. "I don't find that there's any fat in any of these books. I think it's just the product of having an interesting life from following the dreams that I had -- wanting to be in a band and wanting to be a wrestler."
While a lot of the tales that stem from the lives of professional wrestlers aren't always filled with happy endings, Jericho is an inspiration to many fans, or "Jerichoholics" throughout the world.
"If you have a dream," he said, "no matter how wacky and crazy it might be, just go for it because you never know."
