WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar has not appeared on television since being booked to lose to John Cena via disqualification at Night of Champions last month and he may not be back in the squared circle until December.
According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Ben Woodward of Greenville, S.C. sent word that the WWE is putting the Slammy Awards show on when RAW comes to South Carolina in December and Lesnar is advertised for that event.
The Bon Secours Center, the arena in which the event will take place, released the following advertisement about WWE Monday Night RAW coming there on Dec. 8:
"RAW Main Event: John Cena and Dean Ambrose vs. Money in the Bank contract winner Seth Rollins and Kane. Plus, you'll see WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, WWE COO Triple H...AND The Slammy Awards will take place live in Greenville!"
There have been rumors that the WWE was nixing the Slammy Awards, however the ad seems to dispel that speculation.
It is unknown if Lesnar will appear at any other event before that one, but "The Beast" has been absent since his last match with Cena at Sept. 21 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
Lesnar hasn't appeared on RAW in October and isn't booked for the upcoming Hell in a Cell event on Oct. 26 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas and it is unknown what his status is for November's television shows and the Survivor Series pay-per-view that month.
It is possible that Lesnar may not appear on television until Dec. 8 due to his part-time status as he likely won't return with any major storylines until January's Royal Rumble where the company will begin to usher in the WrestleMania 31 season.
Lesnar is rumored to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 31 on March 29, 2015 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., but it remains to be seen.
Lesnar ended The Streak of The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX and then took a hiatus before returning for SummerSlam in August and defeating Cena for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. A Lesnar and Daniel Bryan feud was reportedly originally planned but sidelined when Bryan had to undergo neck surgery in mid-May.
Lesnar then lost to Cena by DQ after outside interference from Seth Rollins and hasn't been seen since.
While the Dec. 8 RAW is the only event Lesnar is advertised for thus far, it is possible "The Beast" surfaces on WWE television before that..
