WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley made a surprise return on Monday Night RAW this week to tell Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins exactly what they are getting into at Hell in a Cell on Sunday night in Dallas and he spoke about his surprising return after the show.

Foley is no stranger to Hell in a Cell matches as his bout with The Undertaker at King of the Ring 1998 is perhaps the most infamous cell match in history.
Foley, wrestling under his Mankind moniker, was thrown off of the top of the cell through the announce table below and then later was chokeslammed through the roof of the cell by The Undertaker in a match that went on to define his career.

Foley told Ambrose and Rollins about the brutality of the type of match they are engaging in Sunday at the American Airlines Center in Dallas and no one knows better than Foley, who had a tooth hanging out of his nose at the end of his bout with 'Taker all those years ago.
Foley appeared on RAW Backstage Fallout and spoke about his surprising return.
"First of all, it's such a rush to be back on live T.V. and back in the WWE family," Foley told Eden. "I was thrilled to get that phone call asking me if I might elaborate a little bit on my experience in the cell. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was a defining moment in my career and prior to that moment, I looked at life through a certain perspective and after that cell match with The Undertaker it was like I was a different man. [I] still had a lot of success -- greater success -- but I was cautious. I came face to face with my own mortality that night."
Foley, who told Ambrose and Rollins that the match will go on to define them, said that Rollins has some advantages in the match, but he believes Ambrose will win.
"It's hard when you tell somebody and you look somebody in the eye and say, 'You know I think in almost any given situation that guy there is a little better than you,' but I consider the cell to be a situation where fate meets circumstance and circumstances favor Dean Ambrose at this point and Seth Rollins better hope that circumstances may favor him and we don't know what that might be."
Ambrose vs. Rollins is one of two Hell in a Cell matches -- along with John Cena vs. Randy Orton -- that will take place live this Sunday in Dallas.
