Barcelona manager Luis Enrique had this to offer ahead of today's European encounter (via UEFA): "We will have to produce a complete performance to beat Ajax, a team of many strengths. Ajax are a well-structured side, one that knows how to attack, how to press. Last season, they created many problems for Barcelona."

"This is our third match," he added. "We won one, lost the second and this one is very important. We are at home and it is key to our qualification. Sergio Busquets is at my disposal. Tomorrow morning we will see how he feels and whether he is fit to take part in the game."

Tactical Preview

Player to Watch: One of the players looking to cause Barcelona further problems is Ajax's Kolbeinn Sigthorsson. The 24-year-old has four goals and an assist in eight league appearances this season and is averaging three shots per match. His average of 2.1 unsuccessful touches, however, must subside to keep the hosts from dominating possession of the ball.

Barcelona's Projected Lineup (4-3-3): Ter Stegen; Alves, Bartra, Piqué, Alba; Mascherano, Rafinha, Xavi; Pedro, Messi, Neymar

Ajax's Projected Lineup (4-3-3): Cillessen; Van Rhijn, Veltman, Moisander, Viergever; Klaassen, Zimling, Andersen; Schöne, Sigthórsson, El Ghazi.
