Hell in a Cell 2014 Rumors: Cesaro Talks IC Title Match Against Dolph Ziggler, Update On Pre-Show [VIDEO]

WWE Superstar Cesaro will face Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Championship Sunday night at the American Airlines Center in Dallas and the "King of Swing" recently talked about Ziggler holding the I.C. Title among other topics.

Ahead of his match with Ziggler, Cesaro told ThisIsFamous.com that he believes Ziggler has done a solid job carrying the gold and making it feel important again.

"Well I think Dolph has done a great job elevating the tile just because he is a very good in-ring competitor," Cesaro told the site. "He's never as good as I am, which is why I think I should be the Intercontinental Champion. If you look at the Intercontinental Champion, historically that has always belonged to the best of the best in-ring talent, the best wrestler, whatever you want to call it, that came out night after night, produced night after night, and that will be me. So I think rightfully the Intercontinental Championship should be mine from SmackDown, and I'll go into Hell in a Cell as the Intercontinental Champion."

Cesaro also spoke about his time with Paul Heyman, which came to an end after the WWE opted to have Heyman ditch Cesaro in storyline to focus on his other client Brock Lesnar, who is a part-time performer and the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

"Well, you know, to have a chance to work with Paul Heyman, if you didn't take it you'd be a fool," he said. "Of course I'm not a fool, so why wouldn't I take the chance to be working with Paul Heyman very closely, learning from him, sitting under the learning tree for lack of a better term. I did that and I thought that was a very good time for me. Very successful, and I learned a lot. That's very important because it's all about building the future. You wanna learn, and you wanna get better, and that's what I do."

Regarding Heyman, with Lesnar not slated for Hell in a Cell, the manager is booked to appear on the pre-show in some capacity. The kick off show is slated to start at 7 p.m. ET and will be an hour long. On the panel for the pre-show will be Renee Young, Booker T and Alex Riley.

The WWE has advertised the first-ever Damien Mizdow TV segment as Sandow will host The Miz's show with The Miz actually being his guest. The Miz is set to promote his United States Championship bout with Sheamus later in the night.

The WWE has advertised a match for the pre-show as well, but the specific bout hasn't been revealed. Since eight matches are booked for the show, it is likely one of them will be bumped to the kick off show.

WWE Hell in a Cell takes place live this Sunday from the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
