SAINTS vs PANTHERS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Thursday Night Football Live Coverage from Carolina INJURY REPORT

The Carolina Panthers (3-4-1) will host the New Orleans Saints (3-4) tonight at Bank of America Stadium in a Week 9 edition of Sunday Night Football on NFL Network that can be live streamed here by clicking this link. Panthers fans can listen to the game on WBT 1110, while Saints fans can find the radio broadcast on WWL 870.

The Saints engineered a rousing Week 8 win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football in Week 8 behind Drew Brees' 311 yards and three touchdowns in the Super Dome. Brees was accurate, completing 27 of 32 passes, and didn't throw an interception for the first time in three games.

Tonight Brees won't be in the Superdome though, and away from New Orleans the Saints are a woeful 0-4. Right tackle Zach Streif feels the 0-4 road record is misleading.

"You look at how we've lost three of those four road games and you say, 'We made some critical errors at the end," Strief said. "It's not that we were getting dominated on the road."

Saints coach Sean Payton is also focusing on the team's play, and not the results. "Certainly there's all sorts of goals and there's big picture, small picture and I think what we've tried to do is really focus on the smallest picture -- and that's our own team getting better," Payton said.

The Panthers' path to improvement is getting better in the red zone, where they rank a lowly 28th. "It's tough when you don't score touchdowns and miss opportunities," coach Ron Rivera said. "You have to make hay down in the red zone."

Quarterback Cam Newton could be a remedy for that as his health improves. His rushing attempts have increased in recent weeks, and that could be their path to points in close.
