The Raiders are still in search of their first win of the season after falling 23-13 to the Cleveland Browns in Week 9 while Seattle has dealt with on-field and off-field issues, but snapped a two-game losing streak with a 13-9 win over the Carolina Panthers last week.
Amid reports of dissention in the team's locker room of the reigning Super Bowl champions, quarterback Russell Wilson denied these claims after last week's victory.
"There were no distractions at all," he told ESPN. "It was people trying to find ways to knock us down, but we just keep swinging and keep believing in each other. There is no doubt that we are more together than ever before."
Wilson is 135-for-207 this season for 1,490 yards with 11 touchdowns and three interceptions and has rushed for 362 yards on 44 carries with three scores.
Wilson's best weapon in the air has been Doug Baldwin, who has 371 receiving yards on 29 catches and one touchdown.
Running back Marshawn Lynch has dealt with some issues that may be affecting his production, but he still has rushed for a team-best 482 yards on 111 carries and added three scores.
The Raiders trailed by just three points in the fourth quarter of last week's game, but fumbles by rookie quarterback Derek Carr and running back Darren McFadden cost them.
"I feel at times it's Oakland beating Oakland at the wrong times," receiver Andre Holmes said. "We just have to put it all together.
Carr is 152-for-249 for 1,517 yards with nine touchdowns and five picks while McFadden has led the team on the ground with 85 carries for 338 yards with two scores.
Carr's best weapon has been James Jones, who has 36 catches for 425 yards and has reached the end zone three times.
