Tonight at 8:25 p.m. ET NFL Network the Buffalo Bills (5-4) and the Miami Dolphins (5-4) will clash in a pivotal AFC East matchup that may have major wildcard implications. Both the Bills and Dolphins are coming off tough losses in their most recent games, Miami must overcome the mental hurdle of three straight defeats at the hands of the Bills. "You lose three in a row to anybody, it's not going to feel good," Dolphins cornerback Brent Grimes said. "The Bills play us very well. It'll be a huge game. To get a win on Thursday night at home would feel great for us."
Buffalo had a chance to throttle the Kansas City Chiefs last week, coughing up a 13-3 lead to wind up losing. Head coach Doug Marrone said that his team can't be allowed to dwell on the loss with such an important game looming.
"We definitely lost an opportunity," Marrone said. "Now we're going to have to fight our way back and find a way to win our next game."
The Bills will likely be without running back Fred Jackson, who suited up last week but only rushed three times for 10 yards. Bryce Brown is expected to carry the load with Anthony Dixon in Jackson's stead; Brown carried the rock seven times for 35 yards vs. the Chiefs.
