BEARS vs VIKINGS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from CHICAGO

Today at 1:00 p.m. ET the skidding Chicago Bears (3-6) will host the NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings (4-5) in an effort to earn their first home victory of the 2014 season. Chicago has lost three straight games, and dropped their past two in humiliating fashion, but head coach Marc Trestman is trying to focus his team's attention on the future. "This has been a very disturbing stretch of three weeks," Trestman said. "There's no doubt about it. But we're focused in and the only way we can work our way out of this is to go get ready for Minnesota."

While Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has taken much of the blame for Chicago's struggles, the defense has let them down as well. Last week's loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football may have represented a tipping point, as Aaron Rodgers threw six touchdown passes on them before halftime.

"(Defensive coordinator Mel Tucker is) doing everything he can under the circumstances to coach, to teach and to lead that side of the ball, and he's got a very good staff with him," Trestman said, supporting his beleaguered assistant.

This matchup may afford Vikings rookie Teddy Bridgewater an opportunity to have a breakout game. He helped lead the Vikes to two fourth-quarter comebacks before last week's bye, but he has yet to put together a 300-yard, multi-touchdown type game. He may have tight end Kyle Rudolph back to help him out.
