Are Beyonce and Jay-Z expecting their second child?
The wife of the former New Jersey Nets minority owner and founder of the RocNation Sports Agency are rumored to be expecting baby No. 2, multiple sources told the New York Post’s Page Six.
“Beyonce and Jay are planning for another baby after her tour is over and things calm down just a bit,” the Post reported. Beyonce, 31, gave birth to the couple’s first child, Blue Ivy, in January of 2012.
Since then, the world famous entertainer has been more than open about her desire to have more children. “I would like more children,” she said earlier this month in an interview on ‘Good Morning America.’ I think my daughter needs some company.”
Beyonce is currently touring in Europe performing at her "The Mrs. Carter Show" world revue, which is scheduled to wrap August 5 in Brooklyn, N.Y.A rep for her did not immediately respond to a request from Access Hollywood for comment on the pregnancy rumors.
Since recently selling off his shares in the Nets to avoid conflict-of-interest concerns, Jay-Z has launched his new RocNation agency in partnership with the Creative Artist Agency. He has already signed New York Yankees all-star second baseman Robinson Cano and is rumored to be one of the finalists for the services of recent Jets second-round draft pick Geno Smith.
