The healing process has already started in Ferguson, and it is being led by an NFL Hall of Famer. The ruling in the Darren Wilson case did not go over well in Ferguson, and there was a lot of property damage and many arrests throughout the city. People have already started working on repairing the damage.

According to TMZ, none other than NFL Hall of Famer Aeneas Williams is helping to lead the way in making the city whole again. Williams, a St. Louis pastor these days, said that people are helping to rebuild the city regardless of what race, color, or religion they are. Williams and the other volunteers are helping out by boarding up broken windows, repairing damaged buildings, and trying to clean up the mess throughout the area.

"I can't overemphasize... so many volunteers that were out there... and it was cold this morning... but it did not matter because the warmth was coming from inside each and every one of us," said Williams.

Williams seemed determined to lead by his actions as well as his words, and that kind of leadership will help the city to recover more quickly from the damages.

Williams enjoyed a 14-year NFL career playing defensive back for the Phoenix/Arizona Cardinals and the St. Louis Rams. He made the Pro Bowl eight times and was a first-team all-pro four times. He made the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team, and he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in February of 2014.
