FLYERS vs RED WINGS Watch FREE Live Stream Online & Listen: NHL Live Coverage from DETROIT

Tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Philadelphia Flyers (8-9-3, 19 points) and Detroit Red Wings (11-5-5, 27 points) face-off for the first of three meetings this season live from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. The game can be live streamed for free here. Philadelphia fans can hear all of the action on 97.5 The Fanatic while Detroit fans can do the same on 97.1 The Ticket.

Philadelphia has lost five of its last six games and closes out a brief two-game road trip while Detroit has won three of four and finishes a two-match home stand.

The Red Wings are coming off of a 4-3 win over the Ottawa Senators that saw Stephen Weiss notch his first two goals of the season and will have Pavel Datsyuk (groin) back in the lineup.

"I thought initially it took him a bit to get back, and then he was on fire and got hurt again," Detroit coach Mike Babcock said via NHL.com. "The big thing for [Datsyuk] is as you get a little older in your career, your physical fitness and the amount of care you take in keeping your body healthy is so important. He's a high-end player for us."

Henrik Zetterberg has paced the Red Wings with 18 points this season off of four goals and 14 assists while Justin Abdelkader has six tallies and eight helpers for 14 points.

The struggling Flyers are coming off of a 1-0 loss to the New York Islanders and realize the impact Datsyuk's return could have on the game.

"It makes their lines more dangerous. He's such a great player," Philadelphia coach Craig Berube told NHL.com. "A great two-way player. Every time he's on the ice, he's dangerous."

Flyers forward Jakub Voracek leads the NHL with 22 assists and is tied for the league lead with 29 points this season.

Claude Giroux is second on the team with 24 points off of six goals and 18 assists -- which is tied for third in the NHL -- while Brayden Schenn has seven markers and eight helpers to rank third on the team with 15 points.

In net, Philadelphia is likely to turn to Steve Mason, who is 4-6-2 with a 2.61 goals-against average and a .923 save percentage thus far this season.

Detroit's probable starter in the crease is Jimmy Howard and he is 9-4-4 with a 2.09 GAA and a .920 save percentage.

The Flyers and Red Wings clash in Thanksgiving Eve action when the puck drops live tonight from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit.
