In the wake of Part 2 of CM Punk's interview with Colt Cabana on the Art of Wrestling podcast surfacing on Thursday, there have been a lot of reactions to his comments while former MMA fighter Phil Baroni said he'd break Punk's neck if he stepped foot in the octagon.

Baroni, who appeared in UFC and Bellator MMA in the past, called out Punk for being "whiney" in a tweet that closed with him threatening to break the "Best in the World's" neck.

"I'll bust you up," Baroni tweeted. "Call Coker , move da f---ng needle. Wa Wa 3H was mean to me. Vince owes me. Wa Wa. . Your gona love MMA and @Danawhite it's so fair ova here. Ryback hurt you? I'll break your f---ing Neck #whineyb---h."

Punk has made no mention of possibly joining the MMA world, but Dana White has expressed interest in at least talking to him while Baroni went on to say he wants to do the fight with Punk for Bellator MMA.

Baroni's comments came in response to Punk's viral appearance on Cabana's podcast, where he talked about his differences with Triple H and Vince McMahon that ultimately led to his departure from the WWE in January.

Punk is friends with Rener Gracie, who is married to WWE Diva Eve Torres, and Gracie said that he's been training Punk in the art of jiu-jitsu.

"He's showing up for two weeks at a time, training exclusively with me, 100 percent, then he's out," Gracie told MMAFighting.com. "Then he comes back six months later. So, there's not been enough consistency to concern ourselves with belts. But man, he's remarkable. He's in the top tier of students that I've ever worked with as far as his retention ability goes -- his athleticism and his ability to train for long periods of time, because he's very resilient and very athletic. I don't know what he wants to do with it, where he wants to take it. I just enjoy the process and having students as dedicated as him."

Gracie also said he believes that Punk could make it in the MMA realm.

"Absolutely, without a doubt, if he wanted to apply himself to any skill, he would have to apply himself like he does to jiu-jitsu to the other arts as well to make sure he's well-rounded," he said. "But this is something completely speculative that I know nothing about. For now it's just jiu-jitsu 100 percent."

Colt Cabana also shared his post-podcast thoughts on Punk's revealing interview with him:

Punk appearance on Cabana's podcast has generated a lot of buzz in the wrestling and MMA realms.
