Per the report, any transfer will be in the neighborhood of £70 million.

Pogba signed an extension with Juventus this past October. Schedule to expire in 2016, the 21-year-old's new contract was designed to keep him in the black-and-white stripes of the Old Lady until 2019. After allowing him to leave in 2012, United are keen in reobtaining his services.

Just don't expect Pogba to return with open arms, especially if open wounds still exist.

In an interview with BBC, pre-World Cup, the Italian international accused his former club of "disrespect."

"They left me out because they said I wanted to leave," Pogba told Football Focus on BBC World News. "That is disrespect. Maybe they didn't think they were making a mistake."

"Manchester United are a big club, but you have to think about yourself," he added. "You have to play. The coach [Sir Alex Ferguson] told me there would be space to play, but I wasn't playing. I was training alone for one week."

Undoubtedly, that won't be the case should he return in 2015.
