Roman Reigns is going to WrestleMania 31.
The WWE presented the 28th annual Royal Rumble tonight live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia and in the end Reigns stood tall after last eliminating Rusev. The Final Four was Reigns, The Big Show, Kane and Rusev.
Rusev was on the floor when it boiled down to Reigns and The Big Show and Kane. After Reigns threw out The Big Show and Kane simultaneously, they attacked him. The Rock then made an apperance to thwart them off. Rusev then re-emerged, but was quickly disposed of by Reigns.
The surprise entrants included Bubba Ray Dudley, The Boogeyman and Diamond Dallas Page. The Miz was No. 1 while R-Truth was No. 2. Dolph Ziggler had No. 30, but didn't last too long.
In another big match, Brock Lesnar retained the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a Triple Threat Match against John Cena and Seth Rollins.
The best spot of the match saw Rollins drive Lesnar through the announce table with an elbow off the top rope. Lesnar ended up coming back and hitting Rollins with an F-5 after "Mr. Money in the Bank" took out Cena. Lesnar then picked up the pinfall victory.
The Usos were able to successfully defend their Tag Team Championships against The Miz and Damien Sandow. The finish saw Jimmy Uso hit Miz with a splash off the top rope and gain the pinfall win.
In other tag action, Konnor and Viktor of The Ascension defeated "Road Dogg" Jessie James and Billy Gunn, The New Age Outlaws via pinfall.
On the pre-show, Cesaro and Tyson Kidd defeated The New Day after Kidd hit an inverted Perfect Plex for the pinfall on Kingston.
In Divas action, The Bella Twins def. Paige and Natalya after Brie Bella pulled Paige off of the apron and Nikki nailed Natalya with a forearm.
