There are three certainties in the world of football: Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez has no future at Manchester United, he has no future at Real Madrid and he cannot feature for another club until the summer transfer window.

The latest reports link the 26-year-old with Italian outfit Lazio (via the Daily Mail), but such a move can only happen in the summer transfer window. Having already featured for Manchester United in the Capital One Cup (an embarrassing 4-0 loss to MK Dons) and with Real Madrid, Hernandez has reached his limit for the remainder of the 2014-15 season.
Section III of FIFA's Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players states "players may be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season," but "the player is only eligible to play official matches for two clubs."

Unless Lazio are preparing a series of unofficial friendlies dedicated to his form, Hernandez will continue riding the bench for Madrid. Early elimination from the Copa del Rey all but ensured the Mexican international will see limited playing time in 2015.
Back in August, Mexico national team head coach Miguel Herrera urged his star striker to join to Serie A, but to a club above Lazio's stature.
"I think [Juventus] would be a good option for him," Herrera said (via ESPN FC). "When a coach doesn't want you, when you have your best experience, your best moment with them, and now the coach that wanted you is no longer there, it's time to move."
But with the likes of Carlos Tevez, Alvaro Morata and Fernando Llorente dominating Massimiliano Allegri's depth chart, Hernandez would be subjected to an all-too-familiar role in Turin. Lazio are more in line with the current standing of his goalscoring reputation.
Unfortunately, it's a move that at best is six months away.
