Tom Brady and the New England Patriots defeated the Seattle Seahawks 28-24 for a thrilling come-from-behind Super Bowl XLIX victory. Brady was named the game's MVP after a 328 yard, four touchdown performance.

Brady isn't just known for being one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. He's also in one of football's highest-profile relationships, having been a long-time husband to Victoria's Secret supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
Before the game, Gisele posted a picture to Instagram rooting her hubby on: "Are you ready?!?! Let's go Pats!!!!! #superbowl"
Bundchen kept the photos coming from there. Mid-game she uploaded another pic, showing her sons John and Edward rooting on their father from their luxury seats. And, after the final score, was clinched, Gisele took the field to join in the Super Bowl celebrations and give her MVP a well-deserved smooch.
