Balotelli and Fico were spotted dining together in San Carlo Monday night with their baby daughter Pia, and looked to be in good spirits in each other's company.
Rumors circulated that a professional return to his native Italy might be in the cards for Balotelli, but the transfer window closed before any transactions were solidifed. Balotelli thus remains with Liverpool for the foreseeable future.

Balotelli and Fico began dating in 2010, while Super Mario was a striker for Manchester City. Their relationship lasted until the spring of 2012.
Pia was born later, in December 2012, but Balotelli initially denied to support the child, expressing doubts that it was his. A contentious, well-publicized war of words broke out between the two sides, eventually culminating in a paternity test that confirmed Balotelli was indeed Pia's father.
