Hope Solo has been on somewhat of a rehabilitation tour since the string of bad behavior that left her kicked off the US women's national soccer team for thirty days.

Solo appeared on ABC's Good Morning American on Wednesday to apologize for letting her role in her intoxicated husband's DUI arrest while operating an official team vehicle. Reaction to the interview was largely positive.

However, TMZ Sports is reporting on Thursday that Solo isn't home free when it comes to her role in a domestic violence episode that erupted at a family party this summer. A judge had originally dismissed the case, but prosecutors have filed an appeal to re-open it.

Solo's half-sister, Teresa Obert, was adament to TMZ that Solo is no angel, and that her conduct toward her 17-year-old son (Solo's nephew), was deplorable.

"She slammed my son's head into the concrete multiple times, punching me repeatedly when I pulled her off of him," Teresa said. "We tried to keep her away, but she kept coming back into the house. We've never changed our story."
