Richard Sherman and his girlfriend Ashley Lillian Moss have been keeping a very low profile since the two welcomed a brand new baby boy earlier this month. The son, Rayden, was the couple's first child.

Sherman has discussed his new parental role briefly, in a video conference interview with Bleacher Report. The 26-year-old told the website that he’s not getting a lot of sleep (understandable for a first time parent), and that he’s had his fair share of dirty diapers to clean.

On Wednesday Sherman was spotted out and about in public for the first time since the Super Bowl XLIX festivities. According to Go Local PDX, he was in Portland, meeting with Nike executives. Sherman has both philanthropic and professional ties to the shoe giant; he has a line of Nike Lunar shoes, and Nike has also supported his Richard Sherman Family Foundation charity.
And things seem to be going great with the baby.
