Ahead of their clash on March 29 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., Triple H sat down with Michael Cole for their weekly interview and said Sting has no control heading into their bout. "The Game" also talked about pretending to fire Booker T on last Monday's edition of RAW.

"Sting is good man, and I'll give him all the credit in the world," Triple H said. "He was WCW and Booker was right. Monday night, what Booker T said was right. Nobody could control Sting there. Not [Hulk] Hogan, not [Ric] Flair, not the nWo, even [Eric] Bischoff. Nobody could control him. There's a reason why he never came here. Control's a funny thing. When you have it, you don't need to brag about it, you don't need to boast about it. Every now and then just a little demonstration. A little reminder to people that you have the control. That you have all the power in the world to do anything you want."

Cole asked Triple H if he got joy out of pretending to fire Booker T, Sting's former peer in WCW, on Monday night.

"No, Booker made a point, I made a point. It was an acceptable point to me. Control, power...Sting can think he's in the driver's seat all he wants...One man has the power."

Triple H, who also talked about being inducted to the pro sports Hall of Fame this weekend and NXT being showcased in Ohio during it, talked about The Authority's recent infighting. The COO touched on the arguments between Randy Orton and Seth Rollins and Big Show and Kane as of late, but brushed them off.

"Sometimes when you're a parent the best thing to do is let your kids just kinda battle it out amongst themselves and see where everybody fits in into the pecking order," Triple H said. "...They all have their issues. I don't know, when RAW was going off the air Monday night it sure seemed like everybody in that group was on the same page."

Triple H and Sting clash in a huge bout later this month at WrestleMania 31.
