The company has released a video showcasing the bout between "The Vigilante" and "The Game" which will take place on March 29 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

"'The Game,' 'The Franchise,'" the narrator of the video says. "Two icons. Never before and never again at the biggest event in entertainment. It's WrestleMania, live Sunday, March 29. Tickets are available.

Comments from Triple H and Michael Cole are also prominent throughout the teaser.

"I am the WWE," Triple H says. "Sting, the face of WCW. The unthinkable is gonna happen."

Adds Cole: "At WrestleMania, it's gonna happen! Triple H and Sting!"

The clash will mark Sting, a long-time WCW and TNA icon, wrestling in his first WWE match and it may just prove to be the final bout of his career -- though it remains to be seen.

Sting first appeared on WWE television at the Survivor Series when the Team Authority vs. Team [John] Cena match boiled down to Seth Rollins and Dolph Ziggler on the respective sides with The Authority's power hanging in the balance.

Sting got into an altercation with Triple H and then helped Ziggler defeat Rollins to cause The Authority to lose its power.

When The Authority came back into control, they "fired" Ziggler, Ryback and Erick Rowan for teaming with Cena and then booked a 3-on-1 bout pitting Cena against Rollins, The Big Show and Kane with the stipulation that if Cena won, he'd win the faces their jobs back.

Sting made his first every appearance on RAW that evening, providing a distraction to Rollins and enabling Cena to roll him up and win the contest.

Triple H was then livid and invited Sting to Fastlane last month in Memphis where the two had a physical and verbal altercation, leading to the match being made official for WrestleMania.

Sting had previously come close to signing Sting throughout the years since WCW went under in 2001 -- including last year -- but it never came to fruition.

It was always rumored that Sting would face The Undertaker, but after things fell through last year and the "Deadman" lost The Streak to Brock Lesnar, things changed.

Sting will now face Triple H while The Undertaker is booked to battle Bray Wyatt at the "Show of Shows."

The WWE presents WrestleMania 31 live from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. on March 29 and Sting will finally wrestle a match in a WWE ring when he takes on "The Game."
