These teams played on Sunday with the Mets picking up a 6-0 victory over their New York City rivals.

Montero, 24, is coming off of a 2014 campaign where he went 1-3 with a 4.06 ERA and 42 strikeouts in 10 games (eight starts) and he appears to be ticketed for New York's bullpen this coming season.

Tanaka, 26, finished 13-5 with a 2.77 ERA and 141 strikeouts through 20 games before his season was cut short with a tear in his UCL.

The Amazin's are coming off of a 2014 campaign that saw the team finish 79-83 and miss the playoffs for the eighth straight year while finishing with a losing record for the sixth consecutive campaign.

The Bronx Bombers went 84-78 last season and missed the playoffs for the second season in a row.
